Claudia founded Studio York in 2023, with a passion for all things visually striking.

She is a photographer and artist, with a Bachelor of Visual Arts from the University of Sydney. Throughout her tertiary studies of photography, she developed practical skills in relation to commercial and alternative analogue photography processes, conceptual development, studio lighting and art history. To further her academic learning, she undertook design courses and French language studies, and supplemented her degree with an exchange at NYU Paris.

She approaches every session with purpose and precision. Through intentional connection with her clients, she captures authentic moments with an editorial style.

Her experiences in Paris and Australian Fashion Weeks, weddings, and studio settings revealed her passion for a unique perspective. Each frame strives to capture the story that unfolds in front off her lens, in a way that conveys the emotion of the moment.
